Since 1999, I have been offering specialized, hands-on, and customized care for support with postural, movement and pain patterns. With a special interest in athletic injuries and persistent pain, I have shaped my Rolfing practice around helping clients feel calm, comfortable, capable and more confident in their bodies.
My unique approach to Rolfing is informed by tireless amounts of study, supported by current science and shaped by nearly 20 years of practicing and teaching this work. To round out my training, I have studied with many different allied health professionals...Physical Therapists, Chiropractors, movement specialists, strength coaches, anatomists, rehab professionals, as well as multidisciplinary approaches to resolving pain. Sessions are individually tailored to resolve acute and persistent issues like:
low back pain - shoulder/neck tension - headaches - recurring athletic injuries
poor posture - acute pain patterns - impaired mobility - plateaued injury recovery
general aches and pains - joint tension - and more…
