With only one week left before the Salt Lake Olympics began, Ben Hindle, 2002 Canadian Olympic Bobsleigher, was grateful he was still in the game. Full recovery from his hamstring injury last season has made the difference. Ben gained a competitive edge when he found Rolfing®. Hindle says, "Over the years problems built up that were really effecting my performance and I needed to look at them. Bobsledding is an explosive sport that requires a push start, using power that comes from hips and legs. Normally, I have had at least a hamstring, quadricep, or abductor that were always tight, always understretched, and now that is not the case. Rolfing improved my performance and lowered my chance of injury because my body is in a better position and alignment." |
